LuxFlow Digital ("LuxFlow," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through luxflowdigital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and any message you write to us.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site — pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device type, and how you found us. This is anonymized, aggregate usage data; it is not tied to your name or contact details.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To send you information about your project or quote if you become a client.
- To understand how people use our Site so we can improve it.
- To measure whether our advertising (including Google Ads) is effectively reaching people interested in our services. We do this using aggregate, non-identifying conversion counts — we do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Ads or Google Analytics.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Contact form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) that only LuxFlow Digital's authenticated staff can access. Public visitors to our Site cannot read, edit, or export anyone's submitted information. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:
- Supabase — securely stores contact form submissions.
- Resend — delivers our internal email notification when you submit the contact form.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads — anonymized/aggregate site-usage and conversion data only, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LuxFlow Digital or others.
Cookies
Our Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to help us understand site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Analytics tracking entirely.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@luxflowdigital.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
