LuxFlow Digital ("LuxFlow," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through luxflowdigital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and any message you write to us.
- Information you give us through our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you fill out a form inside one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram (a Meta "lead ad"), Meta passes us the details you chose to submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, type of business, and current website or social media page. We use these to build your free website preview and to contact you about it.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site — pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device type, and how you found us. This is anonymized, aggregate usage data; it is not tied to your name or contact details.
- Meta Pixel. Our public pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It records events such as a page view or a completed contact form, along with technical data like your browser, device, and IP address, and may use cookies. Meta uses this to show our ads to people likely to be interested and to report to us how our ads perform. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or message to Meta through the pixel.
- Website previews. If we send you a link to a free preview of a website for your business, we record when that preview link is opened (date, time, and number of views) so we know when to follow up. We do not collect anything else from preview pages.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To send you information about your project or quote if you become a client.
- To understand how people use our Site so we can improve it.
- To build a free website preview for your business when you request one.
- To measure whether our advertising (including Google Ads and Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram) is effectively reaching people interested in our services. We do this using aggregate, non-identifying conversion counts — we do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Ads, Google Analytics, or the Meta Pixel.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Contact form submissions and ad form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) that only LuxFlow Digital's authenticated staff can access. Public visitors to our Site cannot read, edit, or export anyone's submitted information. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:
- Supabase — securely stores contact form submissions.
- Resend — delivers our internal email notification when you submit the contact form.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads — anonymized/aggregate site-usage and conversion data only, as described above.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — runs our ads, collects lead-ad form answers you submit on Facebook or Instagram, and receives Meta Pixel event data from our public pages, as described above. Meta's handling of data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Telegram — delivers an internal alert to our team's phones when a new ad lead comes in (business name and contact details only).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LuxFlow Digital or others.
Cookies
Our Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to help us understand site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Analytics tracking entirely.
The Meta Pixel may also set cookies. You can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook Ad Preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@luxflowdigital.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Retention
We keep contact form and ad form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
